Dream about owning a Ferrari is for the weak ones. What is the fun by own a car of the Italian brand if there are others exactly equals walking around? Probably, this is how the entrepreneur Cheerag Arya, though. After insisting, the manager convinced the Italian company to create an unique model for him. Twelve design options were presented, all of them based on the supercoupe 599 GTO. Dissatisfied, Arya pinched elements of each one and set up a proper model, that one certainly cost more than £ 3 million ($ 1.5 million).
Arya, who runs the family’s oil company, has expressed a desire to have a Ferrari After flipping through a magazine and see a picture of a baseball player next to a F40. Later, he bought a 575M Maranello. The career success motivated him to expand the collection with F430 Scuderia, Enzo, Daytona, 599XX, 599 GTO, F40 and AS Aperta. After the succession of supercars, he concluded that needed a single model. “I’ll keep it in Dubai and take to the Europe every summer. I will not be showing it to the world, is something very personal”, said Arya to Ferrari Magazine.
This is the third time that the brand creates an unique automobile. They already produced a SP12 CE, for the guitarist, singer and songwriter Eric Clapton. The other special vehicle was a P540 Superfast Aperta for Edward Walson, the son of the cable television founder.
