Kuwaiti architecture firm AGi Architects has revealed its striking modernist design of S Cube Chalet in Kuwait City.

The three owners of the beach houses – two brothers and a sister with a family of their own – wanted a space to keep them together yet contain a sense of privacy.

In response to the brief, the architects divided the plot into two units with two beach houses placed parallel to another, called S2 and S3, which are then separated by a staircase that leads to the third house situated on a level above.

The third house is positioned on top and across the bottom spaces with a large roof terrace and a direct sea view.

The project is situated so the southern façade is protected from sunlight exposure with a shaded area in the northern region to enhance sea views and create a pleasant outdoor experience.
