Go mad for mezze: The Rosewood Hotel on Al Maryah Island has announced its first bubbly night. Called Sparkling Thursdays, the event is held on the terrace of their Lebanese restaurant Sambusek and there’ll be a live DJ, a selection of mezze and free-flowing bubbly available all night. It all kicks off at 7.30pm and costs Dhs500 per person.
