From the 23rd till the 26th of May 2013, more than 60 talented designers are lining up all along Zaitunay Bay’s lower promenade to showcase their new collections of haute couture, prêt-à-porter, sportswear, signature lingerie, gold and fashion jewelry, fashion accessories, beach wear, footwear, bags, design furniture, home accessories and yacht accessories all proudly handmade in Lebanon!

Organized by GATA Events & Promotions s.a.r.l. – the company specialized in the planning and execution of quality events and exhibitions – in collaboration and coordination with the Lebanese Ministry of Economy and Trade and Solidere, and in partnership with Beirut Waterfront Development SARL, Beirut Designers’ Week moves forward with the Design industry in Lebanon offering exhibitors a comprehensive business platform to showcase and sell the creations, as well as premium networking opportunities.

In addition to exhibition stands, the event will feature 3 concurrent activities. The first one will be Beirut Designers’ Week Opening Ceremony attended by ministers and officials and aired during newscasts. The second one is Beirut Designers’ Week Cocktail Party held on the rooftop of Beirut Yacht Club and gathering designers, celebrities, officials and VIPs, with live presentations by 20 models dressed by the exhibitors. The third concurrent activity will be Beirut Designers’ Week Conference, hosting an international Lebanese designer who will share his success story with an audience of officials, fashion design students and representatives of leading private universities.
